Helpless Littlecicak

This is so depressing, I ran away from Shah Alam back to Sri Petaling to avoid annoyance by my sister and also to look for a job. Guess what, I can't enter the house! My beloved housemate(s) locked the inside door lock and they are all asleep. I called their cell phones and the house phone for zillion times and none of them wake up to pick up my calls! Sleep dead.

Helpless child I am, living in a world where no one accepts and cares. What's worse, my house mate's sister picked up my call and spoke nothing. I bet she is picking it up for the sake of keeping the phone from ringing.

Luckily I got another friend staying at the opposite block so I asked for his help. But, did I mention he is out with his friends in Subang? Great, his brother is sleeping like a pig as well. So for the mean time I am outside his house door waiting for him to be back, I stole his wireless and online to blog about this. I am such a poor littlecicak. Am I right or am I right?

Littlecicak Breaking News

Kuala Lumpur -- People are slowly forgetting littlecicak after few days of his 'disappearance'.

According to weekly research report done by nuffnang tracker, we are afraid to face the truth that people stopped visiting http://littlecicak.blogspot.com/ - Less than 24 hours littlecicak disappeared, the number of visitors dropped drastically.



Based on the graft-chart generated, a day before littlecicak went missing (when he is still active about his 'cicak banner'); the number of unique was 168.

On 20th Feb, the percentage of visitors dropped 45.83% from the previous day, stating at 91 unique. Some people claimed that they saw Mr. Littlecicak left his residential area accompanied with few people in black and entered a tinted Mercedes-Benz Viano MPV at around 3:35am. Police report was made.

The following next 2 days (21st and 22nd), the number of visitors continuously declining to 15-10, and that was 91.07%-94.05% dropped. Police are still investigating on this matter and looking for Mr. Littlecicak but there are still no news yet.

Last but not least, the last 3 days of the week (23rd to 25th), the number of unique hit single digit - the second time of massive drop since 2008. Littlecicak Sdn. Bhd. CEO Tan Sri Cacing said "If this missing case prolongs, littlecicak has to file bankruptcy", while concluding that more support and effort was needed to keep http://littlecicak.blogspot.com alive.

I guess nobody will know. No one will ever notice my sudden disappearance. Slowly, bit by bit my shadow fades. Sooner or later, they would ask "Who is cicak? Eww, disgusting reptile!" No one will ever remember who is littlecicak.

Where am I heading? Why so sudden? What is the reason? - The reason is obvious, that is because GreenTeaBern dislikes me. He hates that I am always in Innit, he hates when I talk, laugh and chat.
I am leaving this place... I am going to leave this sad and hurtful place... to a land where no one knows me and start my new life there.


Nah! Yes, indeed I am leaving, but leaving for a trip! Haha. I will be going to Macau and Hong Kong later. Here I come!

My First Blog Banner

I finally got myself a blog banner that indicates or represent me the littlecicak. Actually there is nothing special, it is just a plain picture that replaced the previous name in the default layout. The nice part is... there is a cicak!

By the way, for non-Malaysians readers, cicak means lizard. Do not feel disgusted, I am not the ugly looking house lizard that sneaking around your house.

Current Addiction

I have installed this game for the past few weeks, but I never bother to play it. I just do not feel like getting my hands on any game ever since I stopped gaming 2 years ago. Everything changed when my friend persuaded me to try it out and I did. It turned to be... not bad! Haha. There comes again my addiction, Left 4 Dead, for now. Sigh.

Well, I do not think I will be really addicted to it, it is just for the meantime. Anyhow, if these days I seem to be missing in action, you understand-lah.

How Cupid looks like?

First and for all, I must at least introduce who is Cupid. Based on Roman mythology, Cupid is the god of erotic love and beauty. *Ahem, yes erotic god... He also known as Amor, in Latin. Cupid is frequently shown shooting his bow to inspire romantic love, often as an icon of Valentine's Day.

Cupid or also known in his Greek name, Eros was the son of Venus (Aphrodite) and Mars (Ares). He was often depicted with wings, a bow, and a quiver of arrows. When Venus got jealous of the princess Psyche, who was so loved by her subjects that they forgot to worship Venus, she ordered Cupid to make her fall in love with the ugliest and poorest man in the world. However, when Cupid saw Psyche, he was so overcome with her unnatural beauty that he dropped an arrow on his foot, and fell in love with her himself.

Following that, Cupid visited Psyche every night in his invisible form and told her not to try to see him. When Psyche incited by her two older sisters who told her Cupid was a monster, she tried to look at him and angered Cupid. After he left, she looked all over the world for him until the leader of the gods, Jupiter, gave Psyche the gift of immortality so that she could be with him. Together they had a daughter, Voluptas (pleasure).


Based on the description, Cupid seems to be a cute little kid with white wings, a quiver of love arrows and a bow. Just like the picture shown above. What curious me the most, how would he be look like after 20-30 years. When he became a husband, a father, and also addicted to his daily routine. Just like any middle-age men, in love with drinking beer, watching football and eating junk food but yet doing his job in match-making.


Perhaps, it may be some uncle looking with tummy, smoking cigar and say... 'Heelooo, looking for lovvee?'

History of Valentine's Day

Why Hee left Pakatan

Just as the defection dust is settling in Perak, several Pakatan Rakyat state representatives have come forward to claim that the new Barisan Nasional state government is not done fishing for defectors.

According to Pakatan sources, BN is in urgent need of non-Malay state representatives to cross over in order to avoid an overwhelmingly mono-ethnic BN line-up.

BN has 27 representatives from Umno and one from MCA. Of its three 'friendly' independents, two are Malay while one is Chinese.

One non-Malay Pakatan state representative claimed that an individual claiming to be a representative from BN made him a lucrative offer yesterday.

The package included a position on the state executive council (exco) line-up and RM3 million.

"All I had to do was become an independent and support BN without having to join any of their parties. He said that if I was an exco, I could service the people better," said the state representative on condition of anonymity last night.

He added that he was then instructed to approach another non-Malay Pakatan state representative in order to convince him to defect.

The second non-Malay Pakatan state rep was offered RM4 million. The RM1 million extra was because the package did not include an exco post.

Defectors face public persecution

A third non-Malay Pakatan state representative interviewed today said that he had received offers since March last year but offers intensified over the past week.

"They were telling me the benefits. They promised me an exco post but lately, there has been no mention of money," he said.

The state rep also said that he was once scolded for repeatedly turning down lucrative offers.

"My position is that the people voted for me and my party. If I were to take the offers, I would be betraying the voters," he added.

Should any more Pakatan assemblypersons choose to defect, they are likely to face the same public backlash faced by the three Pakatan representatives who defected to help form the new BN government earlier this week.

At a separate function in Kampung Simmee today, newly appointed Menteri Besar Dr Zambry Abdul Kadir brushed off suggestions that his almost mono-ethnic state line-up would cause problems.

"Definitely, I will take care of all three main racial groups," he said.

Based on the source given by the media, there will be a penumbral eclipse of moon this coming Monday. It will be starting from 8.39pm and will be lasting for four hours.

Windows Live Messenger 2009

I am pretty outdated, I just got to know about this new version of Windows Live Messenger. It is currently a month old ever since it was released (I am talking about official release, not beta).

Almost a total change of outlook than the previous WLM'08. No more green man at the side of the contact name, display picture is moved from the right to the left now and font size title is slightly bigger. Basically everything seem bigger to me, especially the conversation window. Haha. Anyhow, I guess you'll adapt to it once you used it for some time.

Oh yeah, they even took off the 'In the call' and 'Be right back' status. Left only Away, Busy and Appear Offline.
